Fabric Care / Washing Instructions

Before washing your fabrics, we recommend attempting to spot-clean your fabrics. If spot cleaning does not work, proceed with washing your fabrics in a standard washing machine. 

For mild stains, scuffs, and marks - Wet Wipes (e.g Clorox/Baby wipes/ Magic Eraser)

For slightly more stubborn marks, we recommend using gentle wet wipes that contain mild cleaning agents, like Clorox wipes or baby wipes. These are the most effective at cleaning small scuff marks without damaging the fabric.

Instructions: Bunch the wet wipe into a ball and scrub the stain/mark with and against the grain until the fabric is covered thoroughly. Use the wet wipe to slightly dampen the stain, then continue wiping until the stain is removed. Then let the mark dry and you should see a noticeable improvement. If this does not work, proceed to stubborn stains instructions.

For stubborn stains - Upholstery Cleaners (e.g Folex or Bissell’s Little Green Machine)

Upholstery cleaners and cleaning machines such as Folex or Bissell Little Green Machineare very effective for removing stubborn dirt, scuffs, and stains from your fabrics. These include stains that have permeated the fabric for quite some time.

Instructions: For best results, follow the instructions on the back of the Folex bottle and Bissell Little Green machine. For the Bissell machine we recommend using the Spot and Stain formula for maximum cleaning power. If this does not work, proceed to washing the covers via machine-wash or dry cleaning

Washing Instructions

To wash fabrics at home, remove covers and place in washing machine. Select 'Gentle' or 'Delicate' cycle with cold water. Use gentle detergent only, avoid bleach, 3-in-1 pods with bleach, and bleach alternaitves to prevent discoloration.

For white covers, consider using bleach-free whiteners like Oxiclean in your wash to maintain freshness and a showroom-ready look. Oxiclean Revive for whites and colors

Upon completion of washing, air-drying fabrics is advised. Avoid using heat. Overnight hang-drying is recommended for optimal dryness. If using a dryer, select 'Tumble Dry' without heat to prevent fabric damage. Steaming post drying achieves a crisp look.

Please note: all of our cushion inserts are not washable - do not wash them inside the washing machine.

Shipping / Delivery

Free, Reliable Shipping
Our aim is to ensure swift and efficient delivery of your Annabel sofa. Depending on your location and order size, the sofa will be dispatched either through FedEx or truck transportation.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Once your order is placed, processing begins immediately and is usually shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.
  • Delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days after shipping to arrive at your home.

Easy Assembly

Assembling your Annabel sofa is easy. No tools are necessary. Each section easily connects, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. Whether you're new to furniture assembly or experienced in the field, your sofa will be ready for use in no time. Full instructions are provided in each box. It is recommended to open one box at a time.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your package, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

How to start a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send an email to support@anthemandarrow.com with your proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, invoice,etc) and state the reason why you want to return. After we recieve your request, we will send a confirmation email that we have received your return request and start processing it. We will give you notice if we accept the return or not with a detailed reason. Once you are granted the return, please ship the package back to designated warehouse in California listed in your email.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Time Expectation & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2business days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, you should receive the funds within 5 working days after we issue the refund.

Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund. Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Items without original packaging, cardboard box. Please do not discard your boxes until you are certain you are keeping you sofa

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Gifts
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping Fee

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Minimal Fluffing Neccessary

Fabric: Annabel Classic has a High-quality linen blend upholstery with fully removable and machine-washable covers. All of our couch covers are fully removable—including covers for the bottom, back, side cushions, and even the frame slipcovers.

Annabel Velvet upholstery is high quality velvet with fully removable and machine-washable covers. All of our couch covers are fully removable—including covers for the bottom, back, side cushions, and even the frame slipcovers.

Filling: 50% down feathers, 25% PP Cotton, and 25% memory foam for a plush and comfortable feel.

Frame: Kiln-dried Solid Pinewood for long-lasting durability.

Warranty

All Products we sell have a 1 year manufacturer warranty which covers the manufacture faults.

But This limited Furniture Warranty does not cover the following:

Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use.
Comfort preference.
Physical abuse, damage or alteration to the structure and/or material of the Furniture, including but not limited to, dents, nicks, stains, or disassembly services; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
The fabric, leather, or any other material used to upholster furniture
A normal softening and flattening of the cushion foam and fibers, which is considered normal wear.
Damage to solid wood pieces as the result of misuse or mistreatment, including but not limited to exposing pieces to extreme temperature or humidity variation.
Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the Furniture (for example, if you purchase furniture with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only replace the defective component).
Furniture sold in “distressed” or “as is” condition, products sold “second hand” or as “floor samples”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Furniture is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.
